We are based in Protea Glen ext 26 and have a second branch in Protea Glen ext 24 Our learning objectives are to provide the quality education for each and every child in our center We also aim to develop a strong and solid foundation for all our children. We also generate the spirit of excellency in all we do"

  • A PROGRESS REPORTS WILL BE ISSUED QUARTERLY AND WORKBOOKS WILL BE GIVEN TO PARENTS DURING MEETINGS

  • PLEASE WRITE THE CHILD’S NAME ON THE BACK PACK, CONTACTS FOR BOTH PARENTS AND

    A HOUSE ADDRESS.

  • PLEASE CHECK YOUR CHILD’S BACK PACK FOR COMMUNICATION NEWS LETTERS AND EVERY CHILD MUST HAVE A COMMUNICATION BOOK.

  • PUT THE CHILD’S FACE CLOTH AND A MINI TUB OF A LOTION THAT SUITS YOUR CHILD’S SKIN

    IN THE CHILDS BACK PACK.

  • WHEN A CHILD APPEARS TO BE ILL PLEASE DONT LET THE CHILD COME TO CRECHE AS A CHILD SEEK A COMFORTABLE PLACE LIKE HOME IN TIME OF ILL THERE IS A DANGER OF INFECTING OTHER KIDS WHEN A CHILD IS ILL

  • MEDICATION (ONLY CHRONIC MEDICATION) MUST BE MARKED AND HANDED OVER TO THE TEACHERS IN THE MORNING.

  • NO MEDICATION SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO THE CRECHE ALL SICK KIDS SHOULD DRINK MEDICATION AT HOME.

  • WE DONT TAKE KIDS FOR IMMUNISATIONS AS PER POLICY OF THE CRECHE AND NO KIDS WILL BE ALLOWED TO THE CRECHE AFTER THE IMMUNISATION HAS TAKEN PLACE, EG INJECTIONS AS MANY KIDS REACT AFTER IMMUNISATION.

  • NO TOYS MAYBE BROUGHT FROM HOME TO THE CRECHE, IF TOYS FOUND THE CRECHE WILL KEEP THE TOYS AS PART OF THEIR OWNS.

  • NO FOOD WILL BE BROUGHT FROM HOME TO CRECHE.

  • NO HAIR ACCESSORIES AND BEADS , BEACH THONG SHOES, NO STUDS EARINGS WILL BE ALLOWED TO THE CRECHE

  • PLEASE DO NOT GIVE KIDS MONEY AND SNACK E.G SWEETS WHEN COMING TO CRECHE

  • YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BRING YOUR CHILDS POLAR FLEECE BLANKET WHICH WILL BE RETURNED HOME EVERY FRIDAY TO BE WASHED.

  • YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BRING YOUR CHILDS POLAR FLEECE BLANKET WHICH WILL BE RETURNED HOME EVERY FRIDAY TO BE WASHED.

  • FOR BABIES FROM 3 MONTHS TO 18 MONTHS PLEASE PUT 5 NAPPIES+CREAM BARRIER+WIPES +CHANGING CLOTHES IN THE BABY BAG

  • NO WASH BOTTLES IF THE BABY IS BOTTLE FEEDING PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU MAKE ENOUGH BOTTLES FOR THE CHILD FOR THE DAY AS WE WILL FOR HYGIENIC REASONS

  • OUR OPERATING HOURS ARE 05H00AM TO 17H00, AFTER CARE TIME STARTS AT 17H00 AND CLOSES AT 19H00 ,LATE COMERS WILL BE CHARGE AN EXTRA PENALTY FEE OF R50.00

  • OUR DAILY PROGRAMS STARTS AT 09H00 AND OUR GATES WILL BE LOCKED FROM 8H45 IN THE MORNING AND OPENED BY 15H15 MONDAY TO FRIDAY

  • PARENTS SHOULD INFORM THE TEACHERS WHEN THEY WILL BE FETCHING THE KIDS EARLY/LATE OR WHEN SENDING A DIFFERENT PERSON TO FETCH THE CHILD

  • FEES ARE PAYABLE NOT LATER THAN THE 7TH OF EVERY MONTH,PARENTS WHO ARRANGED TO PAY ON THE 15TH OF EVERY MONTH PLEASE MAKE SURE THE PAYMENT IS ON THE 15TH

  • SCHOOL FEES AND UNIFORMS ARE COMPULSORY

  • NO ADMISSIONS WILL BE ALLOWED WHEN KIDS STILL OWE THE CRECHE MONIES FOR ANY EVENTS AND TRIPS THAT HAVE TAKEN PLACE DURING THE CAUSE OF THE YEAR.

A dedicated and experienced early childhood educator, she teaches the 3–4 year old age group at Birthmark Learning Center and Daycare. Passionate about creating healthy and delicious meals, she ensure that each child receives balanced, age-appropriate nutrition to support their growth and development. She prioritizes food safety, dietary needs, and fostering a positive mealtime experience for all children..

Sekedi Mashashane is a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Teacher at Birthmark Learning Center and Daycare. With a genuine love for working with children, she supports the lead teachers in creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment. Sekedi assists with classroom activities, supervises play and learning times, and helps attend to the individual needs of each child. She also plays a key role in promoting positive behavior and maintaining strong communication with parents and staff. Her patience, attentiveness, and supportive nature make her an essential part of the Birthmark team, contributing to the growth and well-being of every learner.

Johanna Mphela is a passionate and dedicated teacher for the 3–4 year old age group at Birthmark Learning Center and Daycare. Her daily responsibilities include planning interactive lessons, fostering emotional and social growth, and maintaining strong communication with parents to support each child’s unique needs. Through her commitment and love for teaching, Maria helps lay the groundwork for a lifelong love of learning.

Joyce Mulaudzi is a loving and attentive Baby Teacher at Birthmark Learning Center and Daycare. She provides a warm, nurturing environment where our youngest learners feel safe, cared for, and supported every step of the way. With a gentle touch and a deep understanding of infant development, Joyce tends to the emotional, physical, and developmental needs of each baby in her care. Her daily routines include feeding, diapering, soothing, and engaging infants in sensory and bonding activities that encourage early milestones. Her calm presence, patience, and heartfelt dedication make her an invaluable part of the Birthmark team, helping babies begin their learning journey with love and comfort.
